Breaded Fish
All of our breaded fish is made daily on site, and we use pieces of fillet for our breaded fish, so they are tops in quality as well as in taste! We felt it was important that they are all gluten free so that everyone can enjoy it. A gluten-free diet can provide many health benefits, especially for those with celiac disease. It may help ease digestive symptoms, reduce chronic inflammation, boost energy, and promote weight loss.
Breading doesn't negate the health benefits of including fish in your diet. It just adds more calories, carbs and fat, which isn't in and of itself a bad thing as it’s pretty negligible. It all depends on what the rest of the meal/your diet looks like.
While fish and chips isn't necessarily the first thing that comes to mind when thinking healthy eating, fish actually has many health benefits. Even when it's breaded, fish is crammed full of omega-3 fatty acids – vital for healthy brain activity and to reduce the risk of heart disease.
Our range of breaded fish is best cooked in the oven (see packs for guidelines) and while you can go for the traditional fish ‘n’ chips combo they can be eaten with potatoes (which ever way you choose), salad or delicious on their own.
Don’t forget that these breaded parcels of fish still retain all the health benefits of white fish, which includes:
Vitamin B6, which helps fight inflammation in the body.
Supports the immune system.
Helps to keep your bones strong.
Supports nervous system and blood cells health.
Low in LDL Cholesterol.
Low-fat source of protein.
